Position: Project Engineer

Location: Casper, Wyoming. Minimal travel required.

Description: Must have a solid understanding of federal and state regulations with the ability to interpret regulations and apply them to client operations. Projects include planning and preparation of air quality permits including federal and state emissions reporting, preparation of Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, evaluation and design of Best Management Practices (BMPs) and preparation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), soil and water quality sampling and interpretation of results, conducting environmental site assessments, and preparation of written reports.

Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD. Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team members. Strong technical and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, accuracy and completeness, and a commitment to producing on time high-quality deliverables.

Requirements: B.S. in environmental or civil engineering (or similar). Candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a Wyoming Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. Clean driving record required.
